When entering the competition all you need to do is enter your name, email address, size and preferred colour of flip flops and the winner will be drawn at random on the 1st of June.

It’s that time of the year where we’re starting thinking about next year, they seem to come around so quickly. At Flip Flop and Away we have started planning our stock for 2011 and there is going to be a great range of new styles.
We will be stocking a wider variety of Slim Havaianas, as well as the gorgeous slim seasons Havaianas. Havaianas have also brought out a new range of logo Havaianas which we will be stocking. Hopefully we do still have some summer left this year but if not there is always next year and holidays to look forward to.

It’s festival time so that means it’s time to get yourself a pair of Havaianas (and probably some wellies, it is the UK after all). Black Havaianas are probably the best as it doesn’t matter if they get dirty. All Havaianas are waterproof and can be washed, but when you are camping out for 3 days you don’t want to have to bother cleaning your shoes. If you visit a festival that has showers you can wear them in the shower.
Havaianas has just opened their second store and this time it’s in the US. The only other store they have is in Sao Paulo in Brazil but they’ve decided to branch out into America. The store is in the Orange County which is famous for it’s love of all things fashionable, as made famous in the UK with the programme the OC. The store has hundreds of styles of Havaianas plus custom made interior shaped like the famous flip flops.
It may be a bit overdue but the new version of Flip Flop and Away is now live and we hope you like it. We’ve tried to bring more of that iconic Havaianas look to the site and tried to make is easier to find the Havaianas that you like.

Most Havaianas are designed with traditional Brazilian theme, but sometimes they take designs styles from other countries and this range is inspired by Africa. It’s a range of Slim Havaianas with traditional African colours and patterns.
