What countries can our products be shipped to?

We deliver our flip flops to most countries. On the checkout page you can select which country you would like us to send your order to.

What if I’m not in when my order arrives?

Your flip flops are sent out via the Royal Mail, so if they don’t fit through your letter box they will be taken to your local sorting office and a note should be dropped through your door providing you with details about how you can collect your order.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes.

What shall I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please email us as soon as you realise the address is incorrect and if the order has not been dispatched we can change your address.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been posted we should be able to cancel the order and refund you. If your order has already been posted, please email us to confirm that you would like to cancel your order. Once you receive your order please send it back to us at: Flip Flop and Away 135 Cliffefield Road Sheffield S8 9BS If your item is faulty we will refund you for your postage as well as for the item.

What if I receive my product and it doesn’t fit?

If your item doesn’t fit, please send your item back to us, and include details of the size that you would like. Once we receive your returned item we will send out a new pair to you.

How will my refund be dealt with?

Once we receive your item back we will refund you via Paypal. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

How do I know if you have received my returned goods?

As soon as your returned goods have been processed by us, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive an email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please contact us to check if we have received your item.

How can I tell the Havaianas are genuine?

Our Havaianas are bought from the official supplier. Your order will come in a Havaianas box and have a Havaianas hanging tag.

What size will I need?

The sizes displayed on Havaianas and on the box is the Brazilian size. We have converted this to UK sizes. Go to the size guide to check what size you need.

How do I pay for items on Flip Flop and Away?

Orders are placed through Paypal. You can therefore pay with your Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account, or if you don’t want to use it, you can pay with your credit or debit card on Paypal.

Why do you need my email address?

We need your email address to confirm that your order has been received and also to confirm when your order is dispatched.

What if the item I want to buy isn’t in stock?

If the item you would like to buy is not in stock, you can email us and request that we let you know as soon as we get them in stock again.

What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

You can still complete your order if you don’t have a Paypal account. When you land on the Paypal site, on the left hand side there is a link to Pay without a Paypal account. You can pay for your order using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Switch or Solo.

Can I pay over the phone?

No, we cannot accept payment over the phone.

How do I redeem a discount code?

If you have a discount code, on the checkout page please enter your code in the box – enter your coupon number – and then click update. Your discount will then appear above your total price.
