Last year Havaianas brought out their range of Top Mix Havaianas which like the Top style but have different coloured straps. They are great looking Havaianas and we are hoping to increase our range of Top mix Havaianas next year. Currently Flip Flop and Away sell top mix Havaianas in the following colours;
White, pink and green
Sand and blue
Purple, orange and green
Alternatively you could make your own top mix flip flops. If you buy 2 pairs in different colours then swap the straps over you have youself 2 pairs of Top Mix Havaianas. I did this with a pair of pink and black top Havaianas and they look great.
It’s that time of the year where we’re starting thinking about next year, they seem to come around so quickly. At Flip Flop and Away we have started planning our stock for 2011 and there is going to be a great range of new styles.
We will be stocking a wider variety of Slim Havaianas, as well as the gorgeous slim seasons Havaianas. Havaianas have also brought out a new range of logo Havaianas which we will be stocking. Hopefully we do still have some summer left this year but if not there is always next year and holidays to look forward to.
It’s festival time so that means it’s time to get yourself a pair of Havaianas (and probably some wellies, it is the UK after all). Black Havaianas are probably the best as it doesn’t matter if they get dirty. All Havaianas are waterproof and can be washed, but when you are camping out for 3 days you don’t want to have to bother cleaning your shoes. If you visit a festival that has showers you can wear them in the shower.
Havaianas has just opened their second store and this time it’s in the US. The only other store they have is in Sao Paulo in Brazil but they’ve decided to branch out into America. The store is in the Orange County which is famous for it’s love of all things fashionable, as made famous in the UK with the programme the OC. The store has hundreds of styles of Havaianas plus custom made interior shaped like the famous flip flops.
It may be a bit overdue but the new version of Flip Flop and Away is now live and we hope you like it. We’ve tried to bring more of that iconic Havaianas look to the site and tried to make is easier to find the Havaianas that you like.
